1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Apollo Tarot has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

COVID-19 Update:

As of May 20th, you can expect an additional 10 business days on top of the estimated delivery time for US domestic shipping. For orders from the US to Canada, it's an additional 12 business days. From the US to Europe and Australia/NZ, 15 additional business days. From the US to worldwide is an additional 17 business days.

2. What's your return policy?

Before you refer to our long and tedious Return Policy made by our lawyers, let us propose that instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our generosity principles:

So tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or someone who'd enjoy it.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of two things: donate it or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then notify us, and we'll give you a refund. We won't ask you to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we'll get you a new one.

6. Where are you located?

Our office is in Sao Paulo, Brazil. And our products are warehoused in different distribution centers in Europe, Canada, the USA, Mexico, and China. Which means you can shop with us from anywhere in the world. No matter where you are, we'll reach you. Please, remember we offer a total risk-free shopping experience, you can always contact us for a full refund for whatever reason you may have.

7. Do you sell in my country's currency?

We offer our products in US dollars (USD), but other currencies, including British Pounds (GBP), are converted automatically depending on your location. Please note, the final transaction will still occur in USD once you complete your purchase. To maintain a smooth and straightforward shopping experience, we sell our products with free shipping.

8. Is it safe to receive packages from areas where COVID-19 has been reported?

This is what the World Health Organization recommends:
Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
